NM400 steel plate is high strength wear-resistant steel plate. NM400 steel plate has a fairly high mechanical strength; its mechanical properties are three to five times as high as those of ordinary low alloy steel plates. NM400 steel plate can significantly improve the wear resistance of mechanical related parts. Therefore, NM400 steel plate can increase the service life of machinery; reduce production costs. The surface hardness of NM400 steel plate usually reaches 360 to 450HB. NM400 steel plate is suitable for structural use, such as processing and manufacturing of wear-resistant and fragile parts for mines and all kinds of construction machinery.
NM400 steel plate is widely used in construction machinery, mining machinery, coal mine machinery, environmental protection machinery, metallurgical machinery and other product parts, excavator, loader, bulldozer bucket plate, edge plate, side blade plate and blade., the liner and blade of the crusher.
NM400 steel plates are demanded widely by many commercial industries as they offer great wear resistance, high strength and thus significantly improving wear resistance of heavy mechanical parts.
